Press Release Body: Applied Knowledge Group (AKG) is proud to welcome Kelly Thompson to the team as Project Manager. At AKG she will work on projects serving the National Security Community with knowledge sharing initiatives built on a Microsoft SharePoint platform. Kelly completed the Army ROTC program at George Mason University and received her commission in the United States Army upon graduation. She served four years on active duty as an intelligence officer for assignments in Korea, a combat zone, and for national intelligence organizations. She later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers\' Washington Federal Practice and contributed to several program and financial management engagements for federal and Department of Defense clients. She also has technical project management experience and enterprise program management technologies. Pam Harris-Vet, AKG\'s Director of Professional Services, said \"Kelly has a wide range of experience and will be a valuable asset to our company and our clients. We are excited to have her working with us.\"
